How to Return an Item

We accept returns on most items within 7 days of the delivery date.

To request a return:

  • Email us at sales@vvertabraeclo.com

  • Include your order number and reason for return

  • If approved, we will email you a prepaid return label

Fees:

  • A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

  • A $18 return shipping fee will also apply

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping Instructions

If your return is approved:

  • Use the return label we provide

  • Drop the package off at your local postal service location

  • Allow 5–10 business days for your return to reach our processing center

  • Once received, please allow 2–3 business days for inspection and processing

Refund Process

After your return is processed and approved:

  • You will receive an email confirmation

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Shipping costs and applicable fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

International Returns

We do accept returns for international orders. Please note:

  • All shipping and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • To initiate an international return, email sales@vvertabraeclo.com

  • If approved, we’ll provide an unpaid return label and instructions

Missing or Incomplete Orders

If you believe an item is missing from your order:

  • Email us at sales@vvertabraeclo.com within 14 days of delivery

  • Include:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the shipping box and label

    • A brief description of the missing item

Requests submitted after 14 days may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the tracking status shows “delivered” to the correct address:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Refunds will not be issued for orders marked as successfully delivered

  • If you suspect theft, please file a report with your local carrier or law enforcement. We’re happy to assist with documentation if needed

Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders are processed quickly. Once placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, including:

  • Changing the shipping address

  • Updating payment information

  • Modifying or removing items

If you placed your order on a weekend or U.S. public holiday, you may contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your request before fulfillment begins.
