Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery time does not include processing time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

If you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 days of purchase, please contact us at sales@vvertabraeclo.com.

Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or weather-related disruptions. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. We’re happy to assist if needed.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • International destinations (for now)

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Orders with incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds once shipped. If you realize an error, email us at sales@vvertabraeclo.com immediately. We’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t been processed yet.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and packaging and email them to sales@vvertabraeclo.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
